DUI & Court Ordered Substance Abuse Services

Association for Multicultural Behavioral Health, LCC is licensed by the Illinois Department of  Human Services, Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse (DHS/DASA) to provide a full range of DUI services. We offer all levels of educational and counseling programs in English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian.

Driver Risk Education & Counseling

After being arrested for driving under the influence (commonly called a DUI) in Illinois, you are required to undergo alcohol and drug evaluation. This evaluation will determine a specific risk level classification indicating what type of program you need to attend and for how long.

Level I – Minimal Risk:
• Driver Risk Education (10 hours)

Level II – Moderate Risk:
• Driver Risk Education (10 hours)
• Intervention Counseling (12 hours)
• Continuing Care recommendations

Level II – Significant Risk:
• Driver Risk Education (10 hours)
• Outpatient Treatment (20 hours)
• Continuing Care recommendations

Level III – High Risk:
• Outpatient or Intensive Outpatient Treatment (75 hours min.)
• Continuing Care recommendations
