We are a dedicated team of certified/licensed professionals who bring a wide array of skills, experience and knowledge to the table. We have several therapists who specialize in a variety of clinical issues including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, couples issues, grief/loss and many other life challenges. Our clinicians utilize a variety of therapy models, some of the most common being Cognitive/Behavioral, Psychodynamic, Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused approaches. Volunteers, Interns, and Practicum Students are also present to provide counseling-related assistance, rehabilitation, and other specified duties.

Angelika has provided individual, family, and group psychotherapy in different settings, including mental health clinics, social service and government agencies, public schools, and private practice. Angelika is fluent in English, Russian and Polish.
She specializes in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health issues ranging from bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse and dependency. In her work with clients, she successfully integrates mind and body modalities. She is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting non-verbal trauma/PTSD treatment techniques.

Olga completed master program in Psychology at the Catholic University of Lublin and postgraduate Group Dynamic Training. She is also a Vibrational Sound Therapy Certified Practitioner. Through her professional career, Olga worked with individuals and led therapy groups, workshops, mindfulness-oriented groups and addiction therapy groups in various settings. Because no single treatment is suited for all, Olga tailors sessions with each client's unique style and needs in mind, using variety of modalities to meet client needs and to facilitate the development of greater insight.
Her goal is to help clients reach their highest level of empowerment. She works with the whole person: mind, body, and the Spirit / Soul. In addition to teaching relaxation and mindfulness, Olga offers group and individual sessions with sound vibration therapy. She is currently a student at Northeastern Illinois University.
Misia works individually with clients, as well as leads DUI Risk Education classes and Intervention Counseling groups at AMBH. She considers herself a harm reductionist, employing an evidence-based approach to work with clients who engage in drug and alcohol use, among other maladaptive behaviors. Her goal is to equip clients with life-saving tools and relevant information to foster positive change in their lives. She also contributes to the practice's administrative tasks.
