Tom Wojciechowski, MA, CADC
Mental Health Counselor
Tom is a warm, down-to-earth counselor. He believes people are inherently good and already moving toward the best versions of themselves, sometimes they just need steady support along the way. Tom completed his CADC at Haymarket Center, where he worked with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns. He now continues to support those challenges and also works with stress, anxiety, and grief.
Tom holds a master’s degree, has studied theology and philosophy, which ground his work in meaning, ethics, and the dignity of each person. He is pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Roosevelt University. Human suffering is close to his heart, and he meets it with steady presence, respect, and practical hope. His style is person-centered and existential, listening closely, asking honest, gentle questions, and focusing on meaning, choice, and
responsibility, while using practical tools from Motivational Interviewing and CBT/REBT. He is also a Catholic priest and can provide a faith-based (Catholic/Christian) approach on request. Tom is bilingual in English and Polish.
